Passive Fire Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of passive fire protection contracts across the Midlands. These projects will be with local council authorities and housing associations; therefore, social housing experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will oversee project teams, liaise with clients, and maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple passive fire protection contracts within the social housing sector.
*
Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards.
*
Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
*
Act as the key client contact, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction.
*
Maintain strict compliance with fire safety regulations and company standards.
*
Contribute to business growth through repeat work and relationship building.
About You:

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within passive fire protection or social housing.
*
Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance.
*
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
*
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets effectively.
*
Flexibility to travel across the Midlands and to London Head Office when required.
