Senior Quantity Surveyor – Facilities Management
Manchester – Hybrid
£65,000 – £70,000 + Company Vehicle or Allowance £5,000 + Private Healthcare & Excellent Benefits Package.

We’re working with a leading construction and facilities management business, recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their busy FM division on a newly awarded contract. This is a permanent position offering excellent career progression and the chance to lead a small team across major healthcare facilities.

The Role

* Take responsibility for the commercial delivery of a new FM contract covering two large healthcare facilities in the Manchester region.

* Lead and support a team of three Quantity Surveyors and Assistant QSs.

* Manage MTC (Measured Term Contract) and FM maintenance contracts, ensuring financial control and compliance.

* Hybrid working: 2–3 days on site, with the flexibility to work from home and access regional business offices as required.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within FM maintenance and MTC-type contracts (essential).

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent commercial awareness and contract management expertise.

* A proactive approach, with the ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
