Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor – Construction contractor – Central London

My client, a Tier 2 Construction company that specialises in renewable energy, are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor in North London to join their commercial team, with a preference for someone with a background in the aforementioned services our client provides.

The Role & Requirements:

* Exciting job opportunity for an ambitious, diligent and hard-working Quantity Surveyor.

* Pricing work and agreeing costs with the client attending meetings as needed

* Preparing monthly reports including CVR’s revenue claims and debt management

* You will be part of a team supporting our business growth whilst developing your own skills providing professional advice to clients within our environment.

* Coordination with the Construction, Procurement and Finance Departments in the closing of Subcontracts.

* Must be a reliable and trustworthy person who has proven experience of performing in our ever-changing & challenging industry.

* Have a Measurement as well as a Surveying background to possess the ability to negotiate, secure tenders through to completion.

* Strong references required.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Solid commercial acumen.

* Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
