Retrofit Senior Site Manager

Our client is driving sustainable change through retrofit and energy efficiency projects that transform communities. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee major projects across local authority and social housing frameworks.

The Role
The Senior Site Manager will take full responsibility for site delivery, ensuring retrofit works are carried out in line with PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 standards. The role involves managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations on retrofit and energy efficiency schemes.

Ensure compliance with PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 and all relevant regulations.

Manage and motivate site teams and subcontractors.

Oversee programme, quality control, health & safety, and risk management.

Maintain clear client communication and provide regular progress reports.

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager on retrofit, energy efficiency, or social housing projects.

Strong knowledge of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 frameworks.

SMSTS qualification.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

Retrofit Coordinator or Assessor accreditation.

Experience with renewable technologies such as solar PV or heat pumps.
