Site Manager
We’re working with an outstanding contractor to recruit a Site Manager on a portfolio of marine bias civil engineering projects. The business has an excellent reputation on the South Coast with working with clients such as RNLI, local governments, trusts and the MOD. These projects range between £2m and £25m.
Initially the Site Manager is required for £15m+ portfolio of work in Hampshire, constructing a new sea wall, fenders, and small civils packages (on land) in the port.
Site Manager responsibilities:
* Writing risk assessments and method statements
* Supporting the engineering team with long-term and short programmes
* Working with the commercial team to manage change and EWN (NEC Contract)
* Overall responsibility of health and safety
* Managing design and quality of the project
* Ensuring the project meets deadlines by managing the programme
