Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator – South East & London | Main Contractor | October 2025

This is a well-established main contractor delivering new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across the public and private sectors. They're now looking for a Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team.

The Role
• Prepare accurate cost plans, tender submissions, and bills of quantities
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify risks and opportunities
• Work closely with Directors, Design Managers, and QS teams during bid process
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Support value engineering and post-tender negotiations

What they're looking for
• Previous experience as an Estimator within a main contractor environment
• Strong knowledge of tendering, cost planning, and measurement
• Ability to manage multiple bids concurrently
• Good communication and negotiation skills
