The Role

They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of prime and super-prime residential projects in Central London. The role will involve taking responsibility from early planning stages through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and the in-house design team to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

This is a client-facing position where you’ll need to balance luxury design aspirations with practical delivery. There are live projects ready for someone to step into straight away, so you’ll be making an impact from day one.

Responsibilities

Managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality targets are met.

Overseeing multiple schemes at any one time, typically in the £3m–£5m+ range.

Acting as the main point of contact for private clients and stakeholders, keeping communication clear and consistent.

Coordinating consultants, contractors, and suppliers to keep delivery on track.

Protecting design intent while ensuring buildability and cost control.

Carrying out value engineering without compromising on finish or quality.

Managing variations and offering solutions to avoid unnecessary costs.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager on prime or super-prime residential projects in Central London.

Strong understanding of London planning and construction processes.

Proven experience delivering high-value residential schemes.

Background in project management, architecture, or site-based delivery.

Confident and professional in client-facing situations.

Ambitious, detail-oriented, and keen to grow with a fast-moving company.

RICS or MCIOB accreditation is an advantage but not essential.

Good IT skills; knowledge of CAD/Vectorworks is a plus.
