An experienced regional contractor, c.£50m turnover, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their London Bridge office. This medium-sized main contractor delivers new build, design & build, and refurbishment schemes across London and the South-East, spanning sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, offices, super-prime residential and standard residential. Project values typically range from £2m – £15m.

Typical responsibilities:
🔶 Oversee multiple live projects, typically £2m–£15m in value
🔶 Manage and support project managers, site managers and delivery teams
🔶 Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
🔶 Lead on programming, resourcing and overall project planning
🔶 Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
🔶 Monitor health, safety and compliance across all projects
🔶 Provide commercial and strategic input at senior management level
🔶 Balance office-based planning with regular site visits and leadership
