Acted as the second-in-command QS, supporting the Senior QS in the commercial management of a £35m heavy refurbishment and cut & carve project, including Cat A fit-out and new rooftop extension.

Prepared and assessed subcontractor quotations, cost plans, and tender documentation, ensuring competitive procurement and adherence to project budgets.

Measured and valued works on-site, managed interim valuations, variations, and final accounts in line with JCT/NEC contracts.

Monitored project costs and assisted in forecasting, maintaining strict control over budget, cash flow, and commercial risk.

Collaborated closely with project managers, design teams, and clients to identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving measures.

Maintained accurate records of contractual correspondence, change orders, and financial reports, supporting transparent reporting to senior management and stakeholders
