Quantity Surveyor

ACR are working with one of the biggest Developers in Hertfordshire who are looking to appoint either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor to add to their long standing team.

More about the role:

* Preparing and issuing tenders, analysing returns, and negotiating subcontractor packages

* Reviewing drawings to define scopes of work and ensure accurate cost planning

* Managing monthly cost reports, forecasts, and subcontractor accounts

* Attending site meetings, providing commercial input, and supporting project teams

* Monitoring subcontractor performance and resolving commercial issues

* Preparing valuations, payments, and final account settlements while maintaining clear project records
