We are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join a well-established social housing contractor, covering the North Hampshire area.

The Repairs Supervisor will receive:

Responsibilities of the Repairs Supervisor:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no call outs)
Work focused in Basingstoke, Andover and Newbury
Overseeing a small team of trade operatives on a responsive repairs contract
Creating schedules of work, ensuring deadlines are met
Liaising with tenants, clients and operatives on site
Monitoring progress of direct labour and subcontractors
Pricing jobs, auditing
Maintaining high health and safety standards on-site
