Aztrum is delighted to be representing an award-winning firm that is seeking a motivated and creative Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team and contribute to a variety of exciting Sports & Leisure and Defense projects.

Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

Assisting in the design and development of projects across all RIBA stages

Preparing drawings, visualisations, and presentation material

Supporting the submission of planning and building regulation applications

Conducting site visits and assisting with surveys

Collaborating with clients, consultants, and local authorities

Working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality design solutions

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

Part 2 qualification in Architecture (ARB/RIBA recognised)

Strong experience within a UK-based architectural practice

Previous exposure to the education sector is advantageous

Proficiency in Revit is essential

Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations

Strong design and technical drawing skills

Excellent organisational and communication abilities

Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work well within a team environment
