Project Manager Construction

Vision Personnel is working with an existing client looking for a Project Manager to join their reactive maintenance business.

Our client works within the commercial and social housing sectors across the Southeast region and has been trading for 23 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Working on various projects within the maintenance department

* Working alongside other project managers

* Planning and executing a project to meet deadlines set by our clients

* Attending site meetings and project meetings

* Updating the client with the progress of the project

* Travelling to meet clients across our coverage areas

Skills & experience required:

* Proficient in working with SOR codes

* Proficient in working with SOR codes

* Quoting with SOR Codes

* Understanding a scope of works set by the client

* A good understanding of various trades in construction

* 3-5 years’ experience

* Clean driving license

* Clean criminal record

* 28 days holiday including bank holidays
