Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Supervisor in the Woking area to join a well-established maintenance contractor on a permanent basis. This role will be carrying out repairs in domestic properties within the social housing sector, whilst also supervising a team of operatives.

As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Auditing
Health and safety
Supporting operatives
Liaising between clients, stake-holders, subcontractor and direct labour
Ensuring targets and timescales are met
Overseeing repairs and voids workstreams

The successful Supervisor will:

Holds a Full UK driving license
Be time served or have relevant qualifications
Have relevant industry experience within social housing
In return, the Supervisor will receive:

£43,000 base salary
