The Role

*

Assisting with cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.

*

Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts.

*

Managing subcontractor accounts and supporting procurement.

*

Working closely with project managers to ensure commercial control and project profitability.

*

Contributing to the smooth delivery of flooring projects across commercial sites.

About You

*

Junior to Intermediate level experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

*

Flooring background preferred, but we welcome candidates from other sectors (construction, interiors, fit-out, etc.) who are keen to transition into flooring.

*

Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of industry-specific software advantageous.
