Rate: £280 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to provide 2-week cover on a fit-out project based in Barton-upon-Humber.
Requirements:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
*
CSCS Card
*
First Aid at Work (Valid certificate)
*
Proven experience managing fit-out projects
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
*
Overseeing daily site operations
*
Managing subcontractors and trades
*
Ensuring health & safety compliance
*
Reporting progress to the project team
*
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Standard site hours
