Building Regulation Principal Designer (HRB)
An established Architectural practice are seeking a Building Regulation Principal Design (BR PD). You would join an established team as you look to ensure Building Regulation compliance on a variety of HRB and Non-HRB projects up to £100 million in value.
Their well-established processes and systems set them apart from much of the industry, providing you with an excellent opportunity to advance your career. You would work in a Hybrid pattern from their beautiful London office.
Building Regulation Principal Designer (HRB)
Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and provide design advice relevant to this.
Building Regulation Principal Designer (HRB) Requirements
Confident in your Building Regulation & Gateway knowledge (required)
Minimum of 4 years of Project experience post ARB /ACIAT certification (required)
Member of a professional organisation: RIBA / ARB / MCIAT (preferred)
Experience working as a BR Principal Designer (preferred)
RIBA / CIAT Principal Designer HRB or Non-HRB status (preferred)What will you get in return?
