Senior Quantity Surveyor

A European Construction and Property Consultancy is eagerly seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support its busy Oxford office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Oxford where you will be working alongside and supporting the QS teams across the Midlands and Southeast.

Day to day, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved throughout the project life cycle, managing projects from feasibility through to final accounts across the defence, higher education, healthcare, and housing sectors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar

* MRICS is a plus, but not essential

* QS experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment

* Pre and post contract knowledge

* Able to demonstrate a track record of delivering multiple projects

* Within 45 minutes of Oxford

* Able to drive
