🛠️ Major Infrastructure Project – Tier 1 Environment

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a key civils and earthworks package on a large infrastructure upgrade along the A47 near Blofield, Norwich.

You'll be joining a respected subcontractor with a strong track record in delivering heavy civils and earthworks, working on-site for a well-established Tier 1 principal contractor.

Role Overview:
🔹 Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

🔹 Location: A47 Blofield, Norwich
🔹 Rate: £400–£450 per day (Outside IR35)
🔹 Start: Immediate
🔹 Duration: Long-term freelance contract

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage commercial aspects of earthworks packages
✅ Handle valuations, cost reporting, and variations
✅ Work closely with site and project teams to ensure commercial performance
✅ Use of NEC contracts in a live project environment

Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Strong civils/earthworks background
✔️ NEC contract experience
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard Tier 1 environment
✔️ CSCS card & relevant qualifications
