Senior Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning, top 100 Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a proven Senior Quantity Surveyors to join its London office, located a short distance from Liverpool Street station.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role

Reporting to a Director and Partner, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will work across a variety of projects from inception to completion, including commercial, higher education, sports, and residential schemes with values ranging from £5m to £70m.

Alongside project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall have the opportunity to manage more junior quantity surveyors, supporting clients, business development – all on the pathway to Associate and beyond.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar

* MRICS is a plus, but not essential

* QS experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment

* Pre and post contract knowledge

* Able to demonstrate a track record of delivering multiple projects
