About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial and contractual management of interior fit-out projects. Working across all stages of delivery, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing cost plans, estimates and tender documentation

Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation and contract administration
*
Monitoring project costs, budgets and cash flow throughout delivery
*
Assessing and managing variations, valuations and final accounts
*
Supporting pre-construction with cost advice and value engineering input
*
Liaising with project managers, site teams, clients and consultants
*
Producing accurate financial reports for internal and client stakeholders
*
Ensuring compliance with contractual, legal and commercial standards
This is a hands-on role that offers exposure to fast-paced, design-led interiors projects.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within commercial fit-out, refurbishment or interiors
*
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, procurement routes and subcontractor management
*
Ability to prepare detailed cost plans, valuations and final accounts
*
Proficiency with measurement, estimating and cost-management software
*
Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills
*
Excellent numerical and analytical ability, with strong commercial awareness
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
*
Relevant degree or technical qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
