Construction Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an an experienced Construction Project Manager to take charge of key in-house projects, including redevelopments, new builds, and mixed-use schemes.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage projects from cradle to grave, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

* Oversee contractors, budgets, schedules, and reporting

* Deliver fit-out, refurb, and steel portal frame new-build projects

* Utilise project management software (MS Project, etc.)

Requirements:

* Proven track record in construction, fit-out, and refurb project management

* Experience with new-build steel portal frame buildings

* Budgeting and QS skills an advantage

* RICS qualification preferred but not essential

* £40k base salary + bonuses (OTE £50k–£70k)
