We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-growing construction business specialising in high-end residential new builds. With a strong pipeline of repeat work and projects ranging from £50k to £500k, we need a talented Estimator / QS who’s ready to take ownership and make an impact.

What You’ll Bring:

* Proven Estimator / QS experience with experience in drylining & plastering.

* A track record in new-build, high-end residential projects.

* Sharp organisation, attention to detail, and commercial know-how.

* A collaborative mindset, strong communication, and a positive, can-do approach.
