Repairs Surveyor 

Cornwall  

Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £27 – £32 per hour

With offices in London, Manchester, and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Repairs Surveyors based in Cornwall

Day to Day duties of the Repairs Surveyor:  

Carry out day to day repair surveys for social housing stock 

Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements. 

Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams. 

Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works. 

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):  

Have experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting  

Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying  

Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry  

Experience with damp and mould
