Fire Door Supervisor
Our client is a fast-growing, privately owned fire safety contractor with a turnover in excess of £50 million. They are a leading specialist in fire protection solutions, working across a range of sectors including social housing, healthcare, education, and commercial property. With a reputation for quality delivery and compliance, the business undertakes projects spanning fire door installations and remedials, fire stopping, sprinkler systems, and other passive and active fire safety works.
The company has built long-term partnerships with major housing providers and public sector organisations and continues to expand its footprint across the UK.
The Opportunity
They are now looking for Site Supervisors to oversee fire door remedial works within London. Due to winning multiple contracts throughout London, they are looking for experienced Supervisors to join the business and assist with fire door remediation projects. They have secured multiple projects throughout London; therefore they are open to considering all applicants throughout London and Home Counties providing they have a flexible attitude towards travel. My client have strong relationships with various Local Council Authorities and Housing Associations; therefore the successful applicants would be primarily working across on the social housing refurbishment projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, to the highest safety and compliance standards, and with excellent client satisfaction.

* £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary

The Role
* Day-to-day management and supervision of fire door remedial works on occupied housing contracts
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and resources
* Ensuring compliance with fire safety standards, H&S regulations, and quality requirements
* Liaising with residents, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Driving performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction across multiple sites
About You
* Experienced in fire door remedials / passive fire safety works (essential)
* Longevity with current / recent employer (essential)
* Strong supervisory or site management experience (essential)
* Good understanding of compliance, regulations, and health & safety (essential)
* Committed, enthusiastic and ambitious individual (essential)
* Carpentry and joinery background (preferred)
* Background in social housing or occupied property environments (preferred)
