About the Company
This privately owned business has been trading for over 25 years and currently achieves an annual turnover of around £100 million. They specialise in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, basement construction, and demolition, delivering schemes across London and into the Midlands. Package values vary depending on the scope of works, with their largest current project valued at approximately £30 million, covering all their specialist disciplines over a two-year period.
About the Opportunity
* Support the planning function by creating and managing detailed project schedules.
* Prepare tender programmes to support bid submissions.
* Coordinate and manage information from multiple stakeholders in a controlled process.
* Work closely with senior management, project teams, design consultants, and subcontractors to maintain accurate project data at all stages.
* Track and evaluate progress across live sites and pre-construction phases.
* Apply agreed planning standards and ensure they are embedded across the programme.
About the Requirements
* Strong understanding of the construction industry and processes, from design through to completion.
* Ability to manage, coordinate, and present project information effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software for reporting and scheduling.
* Experienced with ASTA Powerproject.
* Preferably degree-qualified in a construction-related discipline (BSc/MSc).
About the Benefits and Rewards
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per annum.
