A leading UK residential developer is seeking a strategic Construction Director to join its senior leadership team. This is a high-impact role with the chance to shape nationwide projects across build-to-rent, co-living, and student accommodation sectors.  Candidates can reside anywhere in the UK, but must be prepared to travel to projects across the country as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Drive operational excellence and proactive problem-solving across sites.
Mentor and develop construction teams while fostering strong stakeholder and subcontractor relationships.
Contribute to strategic planning and team performance initiatives.
About You:

Experienced hands-on leader in construction delivery, ideally across varied project types.
Strong commercial mindset and ability to make informed decisions.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
Passionate about quality, innovation, and team development.
(Desirable) Experience in student accommodation or build-to-rent projects.
Certifications & Skills (preferred):

SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffolding, CSCS Card
