We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Site Managers based in South Devon.
Day to Day duties of the Site Manager:
Deliver the planned works project on a social housing site
General oversight of trades operatives, ensuring health & safety is followed on site.
Carry out toolbox talks
Ensure targets are met to a high standard and within time/budgets
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
SMSTS
First Aid
Minimum of 2 years managing trades onsite
Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the industry
Social housing experience
