Quantity Surveyor

O'Neill & Brennan – Taunton

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support our fitout and retail projects. You will play a key role in managing costs, ensuring project delivery within budget, and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts

Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments

Manage subcontractor agreements and payments

Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery

Provide accurate and timely financial reports

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the fitout and/or retail sector

Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Must live within a commutable distance to Plymouth
