Project Manager – Mobile Technical Services (Scotland)

Location: Bellshill – Glasgow
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time, temporary – might go perm.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a variety of project works across customer sites in Scotland, predominantly supporting a housing group. You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects (up to £2,000,000 in value), ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver a range of project works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Consult with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and develop clear briefs.
Collaborate with consultants, designers, and subcontractors to define and document project scopes.
Manage project risks, statutory requirements, and ensure compliance with CDM regulations.
Oversee project programmes, monitor progress, and manage any risks or delays.
Build strong relationships with clients, site teams, and supply partners.
Ensure all projects meet SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) standards.
Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and financials.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and appropriately stored.

About You

Essential:

Minimum 5 years' proven Project Management experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.
Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
Excellent influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of the construction market and project management methodologies.
Broad understanding of construction health and safety law.
Recognised technical qualification (or significant experience) in management, construction, M or E, or similar.
CDM awareness.
Highly organised, results-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel across the UK as required.Desirable:

Understanding of industry methodologies (e.g., Prince2, MAPM, RIBA).
NEBOSH, IOSH Managing Safely, and/or SMSTS.
Recognised qualification in Project Management.
