🕒 12-month contract (scope to extend onto further projects)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for a high-end residential project in Queen’s Park, London. This £2m scheme involves the delivery of two luxury terraced houses and requires a confident, hands-on manager to run the site as No.1.
The Role
*
Oversee day-to-day site operations on a £2m residential project
*
Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
*
Take ownership of health & safety, quality, and programme on site
*
Liaise with the wider project team and client representatives
*
Ensure works are delivered to the highest standards within agreed timescales
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience as a No.1 Site Manager on high-end residential or luxury refurbishment schemes
*
Strong leadership and organisational skills
*
A proactive, detail-focused approach to managing trades and maintaining quality
*
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred
