Site Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering major retail fit out projects across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value, fast-track refurbishment and fit out schemes with a company known for delivering complex projects to the highest standards.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations, including:

Leading site teams and managing subcontractors.

Driving delivery of large-scale retail fit out programmes.

*

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

*

Managing site logistics and ensuring project milestones are achieved.

*

Liaising with project managers, clients, and the wider team to maintain smooth delivery.

Requirements

*

SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid – essential.

*

Proven experience managing retail fit out projects.

*

Strong organisational and leadership skills.

*

Flexibility to travel and work away from home during the week.

*

Ability to deliver projects in live, fast-paced environments.
