M&E Site Supervisor
– Location: Braintree, Essex
– Duration: 6–8 months (starting November 2026)
– Salary: £300 per day

About the Role
We are working with a leading design & build contractor who are seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to join a major project consisting of two new-build warehouse units. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising the installation of mechanical and electrical services, ensuring safe, timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with risk assessments and method statements

*

Carry out safety inspections and deliver daily Toolbox Talks

*

Monitor site progress and re-schedule works if necessary to meet programme deadlines

*

Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards

*

Report on progress and liaise daily with the main contractor

Requirements
– Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems
– SMSTS / SSSTS qualification
– CSCS Gold card (or higher)
– Previous experience working on commercial projects
– Strong communication and organisational skills
– IT literate (MS Word & Excel)
