Managing Director

As Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the business, working closely with the founder CEO and the senior leadership team to drive performance, deliver sustainable growth, and ensure the long-term success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide strategic leadership and direction across all areas of the business.

* Drive operational excellence, ensuring resilient processes and consistent delivery.

* Lead, inspire and develop the senior leadership team

* Own and deliver the company’s strategic roadmap and improvement initiatives.

* Oversee key support functions including customer service and sales administration.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.

* Work alongside the CEO on strategic projects and growth opportunities.

* Champion cultural development, employee engagement and high performance across the business.
