What You’ll Do

Own planning applications from start to finish

Interpret policy and shape planning strategies

Engage with stakeholders and lead public consultations

*

Guide masterplans and ensure policy compliance

*

Write and review planning reports and supporting statements

*

Mentor junior planners and support appeals when needed

What You’ll Bring

*

Residential Planning experience dealing with relevant authorities

*

MRTPI accredited or working toward it

*

Strong communication, time management, and commercial awareness

*

Ideally, experience in managing teams and planning submissions

*

Bonus: Familiarity with Section 106 negotiations
