Contracts Manager

An existing client of Sphere Solutions are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager with immediate effect.

Your new company are a niche main contractor, who specialise in high spec / high end technology projects. These include Clean Rooms, Pharmaceutical builds, and Laboratories. They work across the south of the UK, typically delivering schemes of £2M – £5M.

Whilst working in this role, you will oversee 4-5 projects simultaneously, including the project teams themselves and required recruitment to staff these developments.

As my client cover a patch from East London, across to Bristol, and north to Oxford, individuals living in the Wiltshire area would be ideally placed.

Degree level qualifications, CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid are essential.
