Building Services Manager
A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious large-scale projects, delivering high-quality building services from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
As the Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing all M&E building services activities across the project lifecycle. You will work closely with the design, project, and site teams, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of all M&E services.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to specification.
*
Provide technical expertise and solutions to design or on-site challenges.
*
Ensure compliance with all regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
*
Support value engineering and cost-control initiatives where appropriate.
*
Conduct inspections and monitor progress, reporting regularly to the Project Manager.
About You
*
Proven experience as a Building Services Manager (or M&E Manager) within a main contractor environment.
*
Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, installation, and commissioning.
*
Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
*
Ability to problem-solve and deliver under pressure to tight deadlines.
*
Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering.
