Architectural Technologist / Technician, Commercial projects – Beford
Salary: £30K-£40K

You want responsibility, variety, and a share in the upside. Here you will work across live commercial schemes in retail, logistics, offices and education, taking information from early ideas through planning, tender and construction, with the tools and support to do your best work.

You will join an independent practice with multiple offices across the UK. Architects, engineers, planners and surveyors sit together so decisions happen faster and projects land cleanly.

Day to day you will draw, detail and coordinate, apply Building Regulations with confidence, and work directly with consultants and contractors to keep delivery moving.

You will make an impact quickly if you are confident producing and managing drawing packages from planning to construction, comfortable coordinating with external teams, and fluent in AutoCAD and 3D modelling.

Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and writing NBS specifications are all welcome.

You are likely an Architectural Technologist or Technician with a solid grasp of buildability, and a full UK driving licence for site and client visits.
