Part 2 Architectural Assistant, Commercial projects – Bedford
Salary: £27K–£33K

You want hands-on project time, clear coaching, and a route to qualification. Here you will work on live commercial schemes in retail, logistics, offices and education.

You will build the portfolio and experience you need for Part 3 while taking projects from early ideas through planning, tender and into construction with the right support.

You will join an independent practice with multiple offices in the UK. Architects, engineers, planners and surveyors sit together so you see the full picture and learn faster.

Day to day you will draw, detail and coordinate, apply Building Regulations with guidance, and work directly with consultants and contractors so your PEDR logbooks fill with real outcomes.

Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and NBS experience are welcome. A full UK driving licence helps for site and client visits.
