Project Manager

A Kent based, Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy is seeking a competent Project Manager from a construction consultancy background to join their PM team.

The Project Manager’s role

The successful Project Manager will be joining an expanding Project Management team that have recently secured new prestigious residential projects to compliment their already diverse portfolio of work.

Day to day, the new Project Manager will be involved in running jobs through their full project life cycle, including carrying out a contract admin role, managing project coordination, reporting, attending site, and supporting the Project Management team as a whole.

The Project Manager

* Preferably Chartered, but not essential

* Completed a construction project management / related degree

* Worked within a construction consultancy environment

* Contract administration experience

* Residential project experience would be a plus

* Pre and post contract knowledge
