Salary: up to £90,000 + package (£6,000 car allowance, private medical and pension)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join the team, producing accurate, competitive cost estimates for exciting projects across sectors such as commercial, industrial and infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

Deliver detailed, accurate cost estimates from concept through tender.

Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to secure competitive pricing.

Support bid submissions and advise on commercial strategy.

Monitor costs and support value engineering initiatives post-award.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in construction.

Strong commercial and contract knowledge (JCT, NEC, or equivalent).

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.

Confident managing multiple tenders to tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or equivalent preferred.
