Senior Construction Manager

EA Associates are recruiting on behalf of a respected refurbishment and fit out contractor. They are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee a luxury restaurant fit out in the City of London. The project is fast-paced, high value, and requires someone who has delivered similar hospitality schemes before.

The Role

Manage all site activities and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard.

Coordinate subcontractors and trades, with a particular focus on joinery and detailed finishes.

*

Work closely with the client, consultants, and the contractor’s own team.

*

Take responsibility for the programme and solve problems as they arise.

*

Lead and support the site team day to day.

Requirements

*

Previous experience on fast-track hospitality fit outs (restaurants, bars, hotels, or similar).

*

Good working knowledge of joinery.

*

Ability to run a busy site and manage subcontractors effectively.

*

Strong communication and organisational skills.
