We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected construction business based in Cambridge. This is a role where you won’t just be another number — you’ll be part of a close-knit team that works together to deliver projects the right way.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle

Preparing and reviewing tenders, contracts, and documentation

*

Working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients

*

Monitoring progress and producing clear financial reports

*

Playing your part in ensuring projects run smoothly and profitably

What we’re looking for:

Background in Quantity Surveying or related experience

*

Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships

*

A proactive, detail-focused, and commercially aware approach

*

Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team and wants to keep developing their skills
