Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for numbers and a solid understanding of plumbing systems? We’re looking for a skilled Plumbing Estimator to join our dynamic team and help us deliver top-tier service across New Build domestic projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for plumbing projects

* Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and site conditions

* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing

* Collaborating with project managers to ensure smooth handover

* Attending site visits and client meetings as needed

* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and pricing trends

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in plumbing estimation or a similar role

* Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and labour costs

* Excellent analytical and numerical skills

* Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office

* Great communication and negotiation abilities

* Full UK driving license.
