We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Fabric Estimator to join our dynamic Tendering Team. This is a pivotal role in leading the production of tender estimates across a diverse portfolio of fitout, refurbishment, commercial, and public sector projects.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically proficient, and possess a growth mindset. You’ll be a natural collaborator with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of driving excellence in tender submissions.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of detailed and competitive tender estimates.

Manage all aspects of tender submissions as Lead Estimator, including design coordination.
*
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants.
*
Source and assess quotations for materials and subcontractors.
*
Estimate costs for direct labour, staff, and plant.
*
Produce tender programmes in collaboration with delivery managers.
*
Identify and evaluate project risks and opportunities.
*
Ensure compliance with company procedures during price reviews.
*
Contribute to quality submission deliverables tailored to each project.
*
Oversee and mentor Assistant Estimators.
*
Conduct post-tender reviews and support project handovers.
*
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory requirements and contract forms.
*
Promote safe working practices and ensure welfare provisions are included in tenders.
