You will be managing a variety of impactful public sector projects and contributing to high quality outcomes that make a real difference locally.
This organisation delivers multi-disciplinary services including design, consultancy, construction, project and programme management, and asset maintenance. All work is focused on creating safe, sustainable, and efficient buildings while supporting the local community and economy.
As a Senior Site Manager, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to scope. You will work on a wide range of projects including school refurbishments in live environments, boiler and roof replacements, traditional extensions, and modular building installations. All sites are based in Nottinghamshire, supporting a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to focus on delivering excellence on every project.

The Role
Develop, manage, and deliver site delivery plans to achieve programme, budget, and quality targets
Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate multiple sites where required
Work closely with design teams to ensure timely release of information
Maintain safe working environments in line with health and safety policies
Monitor commercial outcomes, working with QS and supply chain to control costs
Ensure all statutory requirements are met and adhered to
Organise site setup, logistics, and resources efficiently
Use NEC contractual forms and trackers to manage project changes and information flow The Person
Site management and project delivery experience within a construction contracting environment
Understanding of design processes and challenges for site delivery
CIOB Level 4 Certificate in Construction Site Management or equivalent
SMSTS
