Site Manager – £2m Refurbishment project in Dartford

Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a Site Manager to work for one of our long-standing clients, a £20m turnover family-owned main contractor based in North London.

We are searching a Site Manager to take over an existing project which is an internal and external refurbishment of an old industrial building into residential use with commercial space on the ground floor. The project is £2m in value and is due to complete at the end of March next year.

We are seeking applications from Site Managers with previous experience managing similar type refurbishment projects from start to finish.

Must have in date site qualifications:

SMSTS

First Aid

Black CSCS Card (desirable)

With future projects coming in Southeast London after the completion of this project our client will consider applications from Site Managers seeking freelance or permanent employment.
