Principle Designer (HSE/CDM & Building Regulations) – Middlesbrough
I am looking for a Principle Designer on a contract basis to work on a design & build project in Middlesbrough.
Role:
* Lead the planning, management and monitoring of health and safety during the construction phase of the project.
* Inform the client/contractor of their CDM duties.
* Ensure that risks are identified, eliminated or controlled.
* Compile and provide pre-construction information to designers and contractor.
Requirements:
* 10+ years’ experience in Principle Design with solid knowledge of health and safety, CDM and building regulations.
* Sub-contract management experience (essential)
* Client side experience (essential)
* Chemical production project experience (desirable)
Rate: £56.25 h/r LTD – 40 hours a week.
Start Date: October 2025.
End Date: May 2026.
