Freelance Site Manager – Night Shifts (ASDA Customer Service Desk)

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a Customer Service Desk fit-out project for ASDA. This role is night-shift based, working Sunday/Monday to Thursday nights (4/5 shifts per week), with the requirement to travel nationwide depending on project location.

Role: Freelance Site Manager

Location: Nationwide (ASDA stores)

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday nights

Rate: £300-£320 per shift (CIS)

Project: Customer Service Desk fit-out

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card

First Aid at Work qualification

SMSTS certification

Ability and willingness to travel nationwide for projects

Previous experience managing fit-out / retail refurbishment projects

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth delivery

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee night works on-site

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to programme and quality standards

Enforce health & safety procedures in line with company and site policies

Report progress and any issues to the Project Manager

Ensure minimal disruption to store operations
