Blackpool | £250/300 per day | 7:30am – 4:30pm | 18 Months

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting foran experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a 7 story appartment block in Blackpool. The project begins in earnest, on the 3rd November and running for a period of 18 months.

Ideally you will possess all of the necessary site management qualifications (SMSTS/First aid/CSCS) and have previous experience within new build appartments particulary in the process of Met-Sec, structural frames.

Key Duties:

Management of all subcontractors
Responsible for the management of a strict health and satfey process and ensure all standards are maintained
Management of the build from foundation to finish
Maintain a high level of build process and execute a high standard across the board
Utilise and manage an assistant manager so they put to work in the most efficient manner
Ensure accurate recording and paperwork is maintained
Bring the project to handover within time and budget

Requirements:

SMSTS/First aid/CSCS
Management experience
Met-sec build experienced

What We Offer:

Competitive daily rate: £250 – £300 per hour (CIS available).
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5pm.
On-site parking provided.
